Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rowan Legal Group Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
