Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Memphis, TN)

Fernwood Field Staffing is a Memphis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on retention. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
