Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Logistics builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
