Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
