Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
