Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Little Rock, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 850 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
