Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Birch Farms is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
