Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Stone Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
