Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Partners provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
