Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Clear Legal Group provides legal services in Kansas City across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
