Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Kansas City, MO)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
