Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Junction Press produces print and digital publications in Kansas City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
