Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Iron Construction Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
