Amberfield Ashton Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
