Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Bright Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
