Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jackson, MS)

Stonegate Cross Transit Planning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 271 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
