Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Yarrow Freight and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
