Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Yarrow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Jackson, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
