Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Pine Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jackson with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
