Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality Associates is a hospitality company in Jackson with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
