Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Jackson with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
