Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Forge Transit Planning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
