Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Jackson, MS)

Cedar Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 839 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
