Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Bright Press Group produces print and digital publications in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
