Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
