Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Houston, TX)

Silverline Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Houston caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 615 people based in Houston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
