Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Honolulu area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
