Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Sparrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Honolulu, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
