Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Hartford, CT)

Westbrook Ashton Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Hartford area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
