Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Hartford, CT)

Fernwood Stone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
