Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Umber Foods Group is a Grand Rapids food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
