Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Glen Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
