Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Yarrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Grand Rapids with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
