Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Timber Medical is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
