Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Fresno with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
