Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Cedar Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Fresno. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
