Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Quarry Farms Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
