Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Juniper Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Fort Worth serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
