Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Quill Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 864 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
