Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Clear Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
