Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
