Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Maple Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
