Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Ashton Health provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 799 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
