Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Bridge Farms Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage.
