Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Maple Property Management looks after rental homes across the Fort Worth area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
