Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Vista Manufacturing is a El Paso manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
