Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Denver, CO)

Bright Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
