Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cross Hospitality Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
