Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Union Arts Center and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
