Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Nest Manufacturing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
